veski delivered its first veski conversation for the 2019/20 financial year on 9 July on The Future of Business, Government and Society: Together we will Imagine, Enable and Build the Future. The evening conversation was attended by an audience of SMEs, government and industry practitioners.

During February and March 2018, Dr Terry Griffin visited Australia as the 2017 veski sustainable agriculture fellow.  Dr Griffin is a Cropping Systems Economist at Kansas State University and is celebrated for his work in the access and use of data in agriculture.

On Tuesday, 30 September veski hosted the third veski conversation for 2014 at the Sofitel’s restaurant Nº35 over dinner, on the topic of ‘how can we stimulate innovation and commercialisation within the university sector?’.

14 May 2013

In May, veski welcomed Professor Kai Wucherpfennig from Harvard Medical School and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to Victoria as part of a visit to discuss student exchanges and international collaborations.

His visit included a number of opportunities for veski innovation fellows and board members to meet with Professor Wucherpfennig, and he also participated in a pilot for the inspiring students (and teachers) program.
